Kenning Marchant is a Canadian lawyer, also admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He has advised business, governments, international organizations, NGOs and indigenous organizations on a wide range of policy issues. A former member of Canada’s diplomatic corps, he earned his LL.B., LL.M. and D.Jur./Ph.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, following a B.A. in economics from McGill University, and an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Kenning is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, American Bar Association, and International Bar Association.
